I once visited the Orphanage when I was in Primary 6. Children there had to do everything by themselves, without any help. Some bigger children will bully the weaker children.
It is a sad thing, children did not do any wrong, so why do they have do feel neglected and unloved? Some is being forced; they did not have any parent when they are born. Some being adopted was soon treated like slave and maids. Beaten by them, and abuses them. They did not want this kind of life, but fate had given them. They envy those people who have their parents to love and care about their children. They wanted to have parents and friends who can treat them with love and care. They do not want to be so lonely. They have to learn how to be independent, not like kids nowadays. Spoilt by their parents and everything they done, they called their maids to do for them. It is not really fair; they have to think about the children in the orphanage. If they had been to the orphanage, they will probably know how to be independent, and not ask their maids to do for them.
Children now are more fortunate. But still, there are still children at the orphanage that we need to pity. They needed our love. Not being bullied and abuse by people, or even being bully by the big bully at the orphanage. People should not laugh at them too; they do not want this kind of life. But do they have a choice? No, they do not. So children should care more about the children in the orphanage rather than using their times on playing computer games. They needed our love and pity towards them. While not laughing at them, neglecting them.

When I was small, I was afraid of the lightning. When there was a lightning, I will covered my ears and scream for my mother. Sometimes I will shiver too. The lightning sound lis simliar to the sound of explosion. When the lightning came, my world turned white immediately. The type of terror could not be described. Sometimes, when the lightning happen in the middle of the night, I would erected suddenly. Whenever I see the sky black or red, it feels like ominous. I will be scared. As I grow up, I am not afraid of the thunder anymore. Nevertheless, I am still getting use to listen to the lighting sound.

Dear Mr Lee

Proposal to Develop Pulau Ubin

I, President of the Green Plan 2012 Club, is sending in my proposal to you. I am writing to you regarding the development of Pulau Ubin.

I have interviewed a number of residents and collated their views. Residents staying there like Mr Mohamad Ismail Bin Adam (Headman of the island, aged 74) has requested a new clinic and a school for the locals there. He had complain that his grandchildren have to take a bumboat to the mainland to go to school and the clinic when they fell ill. He said that this is causing them an inconvenient.

While for Madam Chan Ah Mui (aged 45, former owner of a kiosk for bicycle rental) requested for a good bus service, roads and infrastructre. She hope that the places around there will be accessible and hopefully, building cycling tracks and nautral trails for people to cycle. Mr Chanran Mohan, a 20 years old polytechnic student, had consider transforming Pulau Ubin into a 21st century New Town to enjoy the best of both worlds. He wanted shopping facilities and nature at their doorstep, to have a relaxed way of life.

As for Mrs Tan Li Lin (aged 32, housewife and part time hawker assistant), just wanted a reliable water supply as she hope to start a coffee stall. There are a lot of campers and day trippers there so good water supply is very important for her. And finally for Mr Melvin Koh (aged 16, 'O' level student), he said that if possible, may destroy the natural beauty of the island But to preserve Chek Jawa, and the pride of Pulau Ubin as a nature reserve.

I personally hope that you can consider all these request given by the residents there. If you are able to develop Pulau Ubin, residents there, will be very grateful to you. I sincerely hope that you are able to help these residents and I thankful to you. Hope to heard from your respond soon. Thank You.

Yours faithfully,

After reading the articles on terrorism, I felt that this incident not only affected Singapore but Malaysia too. Both countries were working a close contact with one another, hoping that they can capture Mas Selamat soon. And they had capture him within 1 year. Although, the period is quite long, some people might have already forget about this incident.
If anyone is being hurt by the terrorist, people will be upset and they would be at a lost end.
Although, we cannot prevent them from attacking us, but when they attack, Singapore would be ready to overcome any obstacles. They are properly trained into doing this kind of job. We, as Singaporean, should be happy that we are safe from these terrorism. We should be able to feel save as the Singapore Army Forces are protecting Singapore. We should give them the full support. With the support given by the country, they can overcome any difficult obstacles given by the terrorist.
